YXN Presents: The X-factor Tribo camp 2013

Today's youth find themselves living in a competition-conscious world. Many seem to be in a tough race towards winning. And only those who win the X-factor come out as winners. But for Youth Xtreme, the vision goes beyond just being winners. We would like to see a movement of campus takers, nation buliders and world changers who take part in influencing their generation for Jesus. With God in us as the X-factor, we can certainly fulfill our destiny from the campus to the nations.

What is X-Factor? X-factor refers to an unknown factor or the unexplainable thing which adds a certain value to the an object, element, or a person. In relation to a person it is defined as the unexplainable element of a person's attractiveness or appeal.

Daniel 11:32 "...but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great eXploits."

May 21, 2013 we arrived at the beautiful Vista Mar Hotel and Resort, Cebu. As expected, the place looks very luxurious and classy. Of course we we're all very happy with the rooms, the amenities, and the food. Needless to say it did not seem to be the a place for camps but a place for vacation haha

Our praise dance during the camp opening day.

GAME DAY! Oh well, one of the most exciting day of the camp. Unfortunately,  I was not able to joined the game because I was injured due to my high level of energy during the cheerdance competition huhu So instead of being one of the players I turned out to be a spectator, poor me. But honestly I had fun watching them all play.

↓BEST CHEERLEADER YA'LL↓

Perfect place. Perfect program. Is it enough? Nahhh. If there's one thing that made this camp extraordinary it would be God's presence. And the most significant thing in this camp is really about encountering God and meeting Him face to face.

Here's a short documentary of the camp! Enjoy watching :)

HALLELUJAH!!! THANK YOU LORD :)

Summer Layers

Who said that layers are not for summer? Personally, I believe that layering makes you look cooler on a hot weather. It just an unconventional way of adjusting your garment to your comfort.

Hype this on lookbook.nu here :)

So, for my look I wore a varsity jacket (Bench), V-neck (Oxygen), Shorts (People Are People)
and a pair of an all black flats.

I did enjoyed experimenting a different look for summer.
It may not be of the usual  but it's a lot of fun for a fashion enthusiast like me :)

Happy Is...

So this will be my first ever fashion post on my blog. Yeay! I decided to post my looks here because I wanted to show my skills in styling and my expertise in fashion Haha Oh well, dressing-up for me has already been a hobby. I always plan ahead of time what to wear but of course while choosing my clothes I always make sure that it fits the occasion. Hype this in lookbook.nu :)

This photos were taken during the 1st birthday celebration of my niece. Since, it's summer time and the weather is extremely hot I wanted to wear something comfortable. So, I decided to wear something simple but I also tried to maintain elegance at the same time, smart casual

I wore a simple black top layered with a short-sleeve cut blazer then I paired it a black leather skinny jeans.

To add some spice to my look I wore a dog-tag (necklace) and a spiky baller (bracelet).

I promise to keep on posting more of my fashion looks as soon as possible.
I hope you liked it! You can also check my lookbook account and hype some of looks.
To visit my lookbook page, my LB Badge is located in my sidebar. Thanks :)

iCHANGE(D)

I was so happy to know that there will be another seminar happening in our City which would feature one of my most favorite Filipino author Mr. Francis Kong. I've been reading his books for a long time now, he has written great inspirational and leadership books that really motivated and helped me a lot. When I heard that he was coming I didn't have any doubts in buying tickets, In fact, I also invited some friends to join me attend the event.

Upon arriving at USLS Coliseum I didn't hesitate to grab the front row seat
to have a clear view of Mr. Kong haha

I attended the Morning event which was for the students. The talk also featured Lois Yasay (a famous blogger), she shared about the adventures that she had in her life and on how she coped with the changes that build her character as a person. She also shared her passion for...surfing.

And of course, my day wouldn't be complete without a picture with Mr. Francis Kong :)

Having my book signed! YAHOOOOO :)

More photos.....

DON'T WASTE YOUR HEART PARTY!!!

Over a thousand young people filled Robinsons Cinema 4 (Bacolod City) for the Don’t Waste Your Heart Party last February 16. The event was headed by the Youth Xtreme (YX), which is the youth network of HisLife Ministries. This event was made to reach-out students from different colleges and universities around the City. In line with the "love month" we would like to define and unfold the True meaning of LOVE through this event.

Ushers greeted everyone with a huge welcoming smile and served everyone with a free PIZZA.

This is HIStory! More youths are coming :)))

And yessss! Here's a picture of me Dancing for the Front act. My way of serving God!

And of course, the event wouldn't be complete without a sermon. The Word of God was delivered to us by a well-known Pastor and  Author Ptr. Ru Dela Torre. He talked about the Unconditional love of God for His people and he also shared hilarious and true-to-life stories that are filled with values and lessons.

During Ministry time...

After listening to a very powerful and a life-changing message, it was then followed by testimony given by 4 young people from YX. And the Party ended with a head banging and super awesome praise and worship.

It was so much FUN and everyone had a BLAST and not only that we were all filled with the LOVE of God. All praises and adoration to God! HALLELUJAH :)
