Travel '14: The City of Zamboanga

The sun is up and shinning so bright! Hooray for a hot summer 2014!
Summer is officially here and I just got mine started. Yeay! My first destination is in ZamboangueƱo Chavacano Ciudad de Zamboanga or simply Zambo!

The City of Zamboanga is a highly urbanized city located in Mindanao, Philippines. Zamboanga City is called “Asia’s Latin City” because of its Spanish-tinged Chabacano dialect – dating back to the earliest foreign occupation of the Philippines in the 1600’s.

One of the greatest feelings I ever had! I could still remember my prayer before bedtime wishing that I can visit the 3-Major Island Groups of the Philippines. Ambitious isn't it? but not really Hahaha I just wanted to go to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. And Yes!      It all came true :)

I only posted some of the hundreds of photos I took during my trip. Haha! I just love taking random pictures of everything under the sun. Oh well, How I wish I could post all of the photos here. Anyways, the photos above includes the Sunset view of Paseo del Mar, The Historic and Miraculous Real Fuerza de Nuestra SeƱora del Pilar da Zamboanga or simply Fort Pilar, and of course my Food-trip adventure at The famous Family Fried Chicken which serves Satti, Fish balls, squid ball, and all kinds of delicious street foods and lastly, to New Antonios Courty Style-Restaurant.

Mega-Unforgettable! I had a blast during my 3-day stay in this Baeutiful City of Zamboanga. Indeed, It’s more fun in the Philippines!
Come and Visit it now!

Greenified: A cool summer

Hey guys! Summer is finally here. The most awaited season for all students especially here in the Philippines. To officially jump-start my Summer'14 our family went-up to Campuestohan Highlands to have "a perfect gateway like no other." I'm really inlove with this place! It's like anywhere you stand is a picturesque spot and all that your eyes can reach is a perfect view. Landscaped gardens filled with beautiful plants and flowers, most of them are wild and can only thrive in high-altitude areas, line the side of the resort adding to its already bewitching beauty.

So for this escaped I decided to wear something fresh and comfy. I say YES to Green! Green is the color of nature. It symbolizes freshness, and It is considered to be the most restful color for the human eye. For today, I wore a green button-down polo and green tailored shorts both from H&M. Hype this on lookbook.nu HERE.

Exploring the entire length of Campuestohan Highland Resort is truly an exhilarating and invigorating experience. I'll definitely be back! I do hope that you already had a blast on the first leg of summer and if you haven't still had a chance to have that summer break well it's not yet too late for you! I hope you enjoyed reading my blog haha Thank you very much!!!

Land of the Rising Sun '13

"Dream come true" It's how I would describe my whole experience in my 1st International trip. Going to Japan has been a dream of mine since I still young. Well, who doesn't want to visit a country that has rich heritage, culture, and tradition and is also known for producing hi-tech and futuristic products? Japan is also known for having numerous tourist spots, its amazing architecture and landscapes, anime/manga, cosplay, origami, cherry blossoms, and of course sushi!

Months passed but the memories are still fresh. Of course,  I would be glad to share to you, my dearest blog readers, some of the highlights of my Japan experience :)

My Bantyan Experince

During holy week our family decided to have our week long bakasyon grande at Bantayan Island, Cebu which I considered to be a paradise. White sand, deep blue crystal clear waters, fresh air, less pollution are some of the reasons I liked Bantayan most. In the Philippines it's really famous because it is considered as Cebu's fishing ground and for it's beauty as well. There are about 20 islets of Bantayan with some being accessible by foot from the main island at low tide.

Waking up each morning with a beautiful sunrise welcoming you is just the best way to enjoy the start of a brand new day of your vacation. It's not just the sun but also the salty wind and the sound of the gushing waves. Bantayan is not just beautiful at day but at night as well....

There are also many restaurants located near the beach resort (Italian, French, German and more) I must say that the food they serve are delicious and especially their sea food is a must try. I like!

I consider myself coming back again on this beautiful paradise called Bantayan Island :)
